How long do I have to return or exchange an item I bought?

Returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date (online purchases) or date of purchase (in store purchases). Returns/exchanges with sales receipt are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Some Encore Members have extended windows to return for merchandise credit.
